About Our Speaker:

Will Brownlee practiced law for 19 years on behalf of landlords in North Carolina and South Carolina and has been active in the apartment industry for over 21 years. Will founded two law firms whose attorneys continue to represent landlords and management companies throughout North Carolina and South Carolina in the areas of evictions, real estate and landlord-tenant law, and fair housing defense. Will also served as the author of the AANC Lease forms and the AANC Legal Handbook;  he also served the National Apartment Association (NAA) as its local counsel for revisions and necessary updates to its standard lease forms used in NC and SC.  Committed to landlord education, Will regularly instructed legal seminars to rental industry members throughout the Carolinas. Will served as Executive Director of the Apartment Association of North Carolina, and is now enjoying retirement.
