About the Event
In this session, participants will learn about the key issues affecting the rental housing industry, how to foster relationships with elected officials at all levels of government, and the significance of advocating for the industry.
About Your Instructor: Katie Spillers
Katie began her 22-year Multifamily career in 2002 as a Leasing Professional. She rose
through the ranks, being promoted to Leasing Manager, Assistant Manager, Regional
Marketing/Training Director, and Property Manager. Katie holds a NALP designation and
both SC PMIC and CPO licenses. She has served on the Board of Directors for the
