About the Event

What you need to know about Emotional Support Animals, HUD, and the Fair Housing Act

Service or support. HUD or DOJ. FHA or ADA. Do you know the differences? In this session, we’ll discuss what you need to know now about assistance animals and accommodation requests — from the 101 basics to the 2020 HUD Assistance Animal Notice. Both on-site teams and regional management will appreciate the content that we’ll cover on one of the hottest HUD complaint topics.

About your instructor, Victoria Cowart, CPM, NAAEI Faculty

Victoria has chaired four Committees for NAA, most recently as the 2021 Legislative Chair.

Victoria is passionate about education, simplification and creating ease and understanding for industry members. Victoria is a wife, mother and a proud PetScreening pack member who also leads her own “pride” of three pound-kitties.
