About the Speaker: Monica Begg

Monica Begg is a nationally recognized multifamily industry leader, certified career coach, emotional intelligence practitioner and speaker with more than two decades of experience in leadership, customer service, and team development. She is the co-founder of IAS: Inspire • Achieve • Succeed, a training and development company dedicated to elevating people and performance in the multifamily industry.

Known for her HEARTwork approach, Monica blends practical expertise with authentic storytelling, drawing from her own journey of resilience, overcoming challenges, surviving breast cancer, and honoring the legacy of her late son. Her sessions are engaging, inspiring, and transformative, helping teams strengthen culture, improve customer service, and lead with purpose.

Monica currently serves as Education Chair for the South Carolina Apartment Association and Chair of the City Advisory Board for ENTRYWAY Upstate SC, an organization dedicated to transitioning individuals at risk of homelessness into stable careers and housing.

Whether she’s training new leasing professionals, speaking on a stage, or mentoring future leaders, Monica’s mission is clear: to inspire, achieve, and succeed—together.
