Mission Statement

The Myrtle Beach Apartment Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and serving our local community through advocating and educating all members of the multi-family industry.

MBAA serves the following counties:

• Florence
• Horry
• Georgetown

Myrtle Beach Apartment Association is a local affiliate of the South Carolina Apartment Association, and is federated with the National Apartment Association. When you join the MBAA, you become a member of all three associations!

South Carolina Apartment Association is a statewide trade association whose membership consists of apartment owners, rental housing management professionals, and industry service providers from affiliates across the entire state of South Carolina.  SCAA provides members with legislative advocacy, education, and resources to help them better serve our state’s rental housing needs.
