As a Member of MBAA you will receive the following benefits:

NAA & SCAA:

The AAWNC is federated with the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the South Carolina Apartment Association (SCAA). The NAA represents your political interest on the national level, while providing a multitude of educational and support services. The SCAA is the State representative for multifamily interests in the legislative arena. Our lobbyist monitors, supports and initiates legislation on behalf of your interests.

NAA Click & Lease:

The National Apartment Association (NAA) has an integrated Lease form product called the NAA’s Click & Lease program.

Membership Meetings:

Provides the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with other professionals in the industry. During membership meetings, we discuss current trends in the industry, new ideas for future meetings, seminars, workshops, and continuing education. This is a forum that allows your voice to be heard.

Seminars and Workshops:

Classes and seminars are scheduled throughout the year to provide information on subjects ranging from management techniques to maintenance and everything in between.

Membership Directory:

Our website provides valuable information including a complete listing of property and vendor members that encourages networking and exchange of information. The supplier directory is viewable by both members and non-members. The management company and apartment community directories are password protected and available to members only.

Careers:

Our website houses a career center that encourages members to post current job openings that are available within their company to attract qualified candidates. This also allows job seekers who are looking for a career in the apartment industry to connect with members of the Association.
