Nick will provide an update on the Myrtle Beach multifamily market. He will discuss the area’s multifamily supply, demand, vacancy, rent trends, and capital markets. The presentation will include historical data as well as forecasts and will also include a brief discussion of the market’s economy.

About the Speaker: Nick Leverett

Nick Leverett is CoStar’s Director of Market Analytics. Nick analyzes commercial real estate data and trends to provide CoStar’s view of the market and outlook for the multi-family, office, industrial, and retail sectors in markets including Raleigh, Durham, and Myrtle Beach. Nick is a regular speaker at key industry events, and his research and analysis have been featured in numerous media outlets, including the Triangle Business Journal. Prior to joining CoStar, Nick led the market research team at the real estate investment firm Dilweg, advising on company acquisitions and strategy. Nick’s research informed decisions on over $380 million of commercial real estate acquisitions. Nick began his career as a practicing attorney.
