Cathy began her multifamily career on the front lines as a leasing consultant at Cape Landing Apartments, then spent years on the supplier side helping communities stand out, lease faster, and market smarter. A passionate industry educator, she teaches leasing and marketing classes across the Southeast, sharing real-world tools professionals can use immediately.
