Make the most of your membership with MBAA
The Myrtle Beach Apartment Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and serving our local community through advocating and educating all members of the multi-family industry.
Memberships are company-based. If your company is already a member, then so are you!
Each individual working for a MBAA member company, has their own unique login on the MBAA website through their Member Compass. This allows you to track your CECs, register for classes and events, pay invoices, and so much more!
If you need assistance with your login, please e-mail scmbaaorg@gmail.com.
CECs stand for continuing education credits. Whenever you take a class with MBAA, check the event webpage to see how many CECs are available with that class.
If you have earned a NAAEI Designation, such as CAPs, CAM, CALP, or CAMT, every year you need a certain number of CECs. And, if you have not yet earned a designation, earning CECs helps you on your way as you continue in your career.
After the class has completed, you can log into your Member Compass to see your new CECs added. After logging into your Member Compass, click on the "Continuing Education" tab and then click the green "Continuing Education Report." This will allow you to download a PDF report.
The MBAA website is a great resource for making the most of your membership. You can find:
- Volunteer opportunities through board or committee service,
- Ways to connect with future customers through the online directory (check out the resource tab on the website).
- Important information in the news section.
- Networking and continuing education on the MBAA calendar.
- And, so much more!
