2026 MBAA Dues Memo

The 2026 membership dues will be invoiced to your property or company in December 2025. The payment should be remitted no later than March 31, 2026. Rates will remain at the 2025 level.

• Property Management Dues: $125
• Apartment Communities
  • Properties with 74 units or less: $250 + $50 annual membership fee
  • Properties with 75 units or more: $2.64/unit + $150 annual membership fee
  • New lease ups under construction, 75 units or more: $600 for the first year
• Supplier Dues: $350

Membership with MBAA encompasses membership with the South Carolina Apartment Association (SCAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). MBAA membership dues include the dues for the other Associations. 

MBAA will continue to host networking meetings and events. Costs will range from free networking events and educational events (some free and some for a fee) to ticketed signature events such as our Annual Awards.
