NAA Resources on the Federal Government Shutdown

The Federal Government has entered a shutdown as of October 1, 2025. As a proactive measure, NAA is providing resources for our affiliate partners and members to assist in managing through the shutdown.

The National Apartment Association (NAA) is proactively sharing resources that help answer frequent questions and advise on resident interactions during these uncertain times. Additionally, NAA will provide live updates coverage throughout the shutdown as we learn of more information.
