What’s new in multifamily around the Grand Strand? Come see for yourself!
The Myrtle Beach Apartment Association’s New & Renewed Bus Tour is back on Tuesday, October 13, giving multifamily professionals an opportunity to get out from behind the desk and take an inside look at some of the area’s newest and recently renewed communities.
Throughout the day, attendees will travel together to The Collins, Edison Farrow, Landing Coventry, River Landing and Seaside Grove. It’s a great opportunity to see what’s happening across the local market, gather fresh ideas, check out community features and trends, and connect with fellow MBAA members along the way.
And because the best industry conversations often happen outside the office, the Bus Tour is also a full day of networking with property management professionals, suppliers and other members of the local multifamily community.

The bus will depart promptly at 9:00 AM and make five stops throughout the day:

The tour will return to Lowes Foods of Carolina Forest at approximately 4:00 PM.
